The processing time depends on the volume of materials. Typically, smaller orders (like a few photos or a VHS tape) take about 7-10 business days. Larger projects, such as full photo albums or multiple tapes, may take longer. We will provide an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

3. Can you improve the quality of old photos or videos?

Yes! While we can’t fully restore damaged materials, we do use advanced technology to enhance and improve the quality of your photos and videos, such as adjusting brightness and sharpness.

4. How will I receive my digitized files?

We offer several delivery options, including:

  • USB drive
  • Cloud storage download link (easily shareable)

5. What is the cost of your services?

6. Do you return my original media?

Absolutely. We take great care of your original photos, tapes, or albums, and all materials will be returned to you along with your digital files. Your media is stored in fireproof, secure storage while your project is completed. 

7. Is my data secure?

Yes. Your media and digital files are handled with care, and we use secure methods for storing and transferring your data. We take your privacy seriously and ensure your memories are kept safe. At the end of the project your photos are deleted from our systems.

8. Can I create a custom photo book with your service?

Yes! We offer custom photo book design services. You can choose from different layouts and styles, and we’ll work with you to create a beautifully crafted photo book that tells your unique story.
